Welcome to Dunagan Farms

A $600 initiation fee is due upon closing the purchase of a Dunagan Farms home.  Email Closing Letter requests to DunaganHOA@gmail.com; attention Treasurer. There is no Closing Letter preparation fee for property accounts 'in good standing'. An expedited request fee will apply to Closing Letters required within seven days of the date of request. 

Each homeowner pays an annual assessment of $534 prior to March 15 of each year.  Funds are used to maintain common areas, pay insurance, perform repairs, pay for street lights , and execute Association business. There is no management company. Board Members are not compensated for managing the Association.
